Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order being successfully placed, and also a follow-up e-mail once your package ships- updating you with the tracking information.

You can also access this information at any time on your account dashboard on cocktailcourier.com.

Simply log into your Cocktail Courier account, via our website. Once logged in, click "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

This will bring you to your dashboard.



If you are not a subscriber, or don't have a current order shipping, you may have less items being displayed on your screen. These boxes flex to your make up your unique dashboard, and only show items relevant to you.  

The big box on the left always shows your most recent order. It may be pending, shipped or arrived.  From this box, you can preview your recipe card for your kit en route, or click the tracking number to see the latest details! 

**During Covid-19, we've learned FedEx may not be scanning the bar codes at all destinations so your tracking number may jump rapidly from pending to delivered! We are so sorry for any inconvenience and we ask you to please be patient as we are packing each kit to order. Most orders are taking ~9-12 days to arrive. 

Need to modify a subscription order?

Top right box shares information on your subscriptions statuses (active, paused or cancelled), as well as your upcoming ship dates. If you need to manage an upcoming order, click "View all Subscriptions". 

Need information on more than one order? 

The bottom right hand box only shares the 3 most recent orders. You can click into those one by one, or you can click " View All Orders" to view all previous orders.
