Will there be delays in getting my order?
Our carrier, FedEx, has committed to stay open. However, there may be some shipping delays at this time. Our cocktail kits are packed to order and are currently taking ~9-12 days to arrive. As always, if you need to receive your order in a hurry, please use Express and Overnight shipping options at checkout.
My tracking code is not working?
If you are inquiring about a shipment or tracking status, we have received notification that packages may not be scanned as usual during the FedEx journey, so tracking numbers may be delayed in updating. Please know, your cocktail kits are being packed to order and should arrive in ~9-12 days.
Who should I contact if I have further questions?
